Jen isn’t just certified in the Transformational Coaching Method and Holistic Coaching. She also lives what she’s learned. She’s on the same journey that she guides her clients through with the same goals – to uncover her personal truths, exude authenticity, be empowered, and embrace self-love. And she can coach you along your journey, too.

For most of my life, I suffered from a lack of energy, body aches and pains, and frequent urinary and yeast infections. Even worse was that for a long time, I was unsure of who stared back at me in the mirror. I searched for happiness and wellness through quick fixes, which always led to inconsistent, fleeting results.

Jen’s Simple, Clean and Whole System
Jen holds a Masters in Education and spent many years working as a school teacher. She expanded her teaching into a new area and became a Certified Yoga and Bar Method Instructor where she could guide people both spiritually and physically. She began to see the benefits of living Simple Clean and Whole and wanted to teach others to do the same.
Learning and teaching in this holistic way (or as Jen likes to say, whole-istic) brought a realization that the health and wellness field is where her heart lies. It was a powerful calling that could not be ignored.
Jen graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition soon after. She became a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and started a practice that fully embraces her values, Simple Clean and Whole.
I believe in honoring your body and life by making sure everything is Simple Clean and Whole.
I believe the basics of simple, clean, and whole living are: breath, water, sleep, nutrition, movement, and love.
I believe that nutritional and emotional well-being are inextricably linked and must be thoughtfully considered together.
I believe that self-love, self-care, and self-awareness are anything but selfish. They are, instead, the root of whole-istic well being.
I believe that we need to undress ourselves each and every day to experience our deepest truths.
