Seasonal Group Cleanses
Week-long group cleanses are offered three times per year: in the winter, spring, and fall. You’ll learn easy, proven rituals and practices that Jen uses herself to stay centered and happy. Jen also offers each cleanse online so you can cleanse whenever and wherever you like!
This 6-week transformational program focuses on your relationship between food and emotional wellness. You’ll dive much deeper than you would during a group cleanse. Shift is currently offered twice per year as live sessions in Jen’s local area.
